Terms and conditions

It is recommended that e-learning courses be taken in order. Candidates will not be eligible for the Certified Retail Banker designation until all three courses, Retail Banking I, Retail Banking II and Retail Banking III have been completed, their respective examinations have been passed successfully, and annual designation membership has been paid. RBAI reserve the right to change elements of contract terms and conditions at any time, after it has been agreed with the client to adapt a long-term contract if the circumstances around it change. By entering into a contract with RBAI, you agree to abide by the most recent version of your contract terms and conditions. It is RBAI’s responsibility to inform you when changing contracts’ terms and conditions.

 

  • Candidates will receive access to the RBA International Learning Centre and a hard copy of the course book.
  • Candidates are eligible for one computer-based examination.
  • Candidates will not be permitted to register for an examination under any circumstances without receipt of payment for programme fees, in full.
  • Registration for any one level of the certification programme is valid for 12 months. Candidates are required to pass the examination within this time.
  • The examination re-sit fee is $300 and must be attempted within 12 months from the date of registration. If the third examination attempt is unsuccessful, Candidates will be required to re-register for the programme.
  • Candidates may apply for a three-month exam extension – the exam extension fee is $300.
  • An examination no-show is marked as zero.
  • Programme fees are non-refundable.
