Multiple choice responses are machine-marked. Your overall score or score per module for multiple choice responses cannot be appealed.

You may appeal your exam result if you believe that the RBA International has not upheld its assessment procedure. This means that your appeal will review the process that was followed in determining your exam grade.

    Appeals must be made in writing to the Head of Qualifications, no later than 10 working days after the relevant examination sitting.

    The appeal must include:

  • the name, candidate number if applicable, address and contact details of the individual or organisation submitting the appeal;
  • full details of the decision being appealed;
  • the reasons for the appeal;
  • any relevant supporting documentation;
  • the fee for the appeals is US $50 and this will be refunded if your appeal is upheld.
